2026 Singapore–Southeast Asia Fellowship (S-SEAF)

We are pleased to announce the launch of the 2026 Singapore–Southeast Asia Fellowship (S-SEAF) call, a programme funded by the National Research Foundation (Singapore), that supports research talent mobility at all career stages between Singapore and Southeast Asian institutions in both directions.

  • Key Themes for 2026: (1) Infectious Diseases (2) Climate, Nature & Environmental Resilience. Proposals aligned to these key themes will be given priority.
  • S-SEAF Webinar: The S-SEAF programme office will be hosting a webinar on 19 May 2026, 10:30AM – 11:30AM (GMT +8) to provide more information on the fellowship. PIs, research administrators and interested applicants are welcome to register for the webinar here.
  • How to Apply: Interested researchers (PhD holders) from Singapore and Southeast Asia are to submit their endorsed application form at the S-SEAF Application Submission Portal by 1 August 2026, 1900h (GMT+8).
