A delegation from Universiti Brunei Darussalam, comprising Vice Chancellor Dr. Hazri Haji Kifle, Assistant Vice Chancellor (Research) Dr. Hanif Mahadi, and Director of Research Professor Basilios Tsikouras, participated in the Global Sustainable Development Congress held in Bangkok, Thailand from the 10th to the 13th of June 2024. The event brought together global leaders and experts to discuss and advance sustainable development initiatives. In addition to their participation in the congress, the UBD delegates took the opportunity to visit the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA), Mahidol University, and the ASEAN Centre for Sustainable Development Studies and Dialogue (ACSDSD), fostering collaboration and exploring new avenues for research and development.
