of the application <em>(exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis)<\/em><\/li>\n \t<li>hold a Masters Degree* and at least Upper Second Degree in a relevant field from an internationally recognised top university, or<\/li>\n \t<li>hold a First Class Degree* in a relevant field from an internationally recognised top university<\/li>\n \t<li>be able to fulfill UBD\u2019s admission requirement (including English proficiency)<\/li>\n \t<li>Submit a high quality and impactful research proposal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-size: 16px\">*Degree should be awarded within 5 years of
