established in September 2020. The aims of PGM are to build human capacity and drive research in cancer genomics, cancer biomarker discovery, pharmacogenomics, genetic diseases and medical bioinformatics . The Biomedical Genomic Core Laboratory (BGCL) with its advanced facilities is the work-horse of the PGM Research Group. The two Illumina NGS machines, NextSeq500 and NextSeq2000 play a major role in conducting our research projects.
