OAVCR hold training workshop on SharePoint & Power Automate Integration

OAVCR recently held a training workshop that focused on the integration of SharePoint and Power Automate. Held on June 15, 2023, the workshop aimed to equip staff members with the knowledge and skills needed to streamline administrative processes effectively. The training proved to be a valuable opportunity for UBD staff to explore the potential of this integration and its impact on their daily tasks.

 

During the workshop, attendees were guided through the step-by-step process of integrating SharePoint and Power Automate to build automated approval workflows. They witnessed firsthand how this powerful combination can revolutionize administrative tasks, saving time and reducing manual errors. The custom approval workflows demonstrated during the training showcased the automation of document routing, notifications to designated approvers, and real-time updates on the approval status.

The training also emphasized the flexibility and customization options provided by Power Automate. Staff members learned how to tailor workflows to meet the specific needs of their departments, incorporating conditional logic, multiple levels of approval, and automated reminders. They were introduced to the broader potential of SharePoint and Power Automate integration, such as automating report generation, archiving documents, and managing content permissions.
